How do I report a maintenance issue?
Through the Aplura tenant app. You describe the issue, attach a photo if helpful, and it is received, classified, and actioned immediately - not sitting in a voicemail or an email inbox.
How do I know my home is compliant?
Aplura tracks every certificate and legal obligation on your landlord's property. Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and more are all monitored and renewed automatically. You can see the current status at any time.
What if my landlord stops using Aplura?
Your tenancy agreement is with your landlord, not with Aplura. If they leave the platform, your legal rights as a tenant remain exactly the same. We have no intention of going anywhere.
